The Progressive Presidents

It is 1912 and you’re voting in your first presidential election. This election is unusual—there are three major candidates. One is the popular former president Theodore Roosevelt, who is running as a third-party candidate. He thinks the Republican candidate will not make enough progressive reforms. But the Democratic candidate is a progressive reformer too.

How will you decide which candidate to support?

  2. To decide which candidate to support, I would first look at each of their campaign speeches and commercials. When I see the one that I like, I'll support them. Also I would vote for the one that is in my party. (Democrat)

    1. I agree because the purpose of reforming was to help others so it would be better if we know more about each group and then vote.

  16. i would pick the candidate that is the most needed.(by need it means most benificial to the economy). if we pick one that is not useful to change the economy that candidate is useless. if the candidate is able to change the peoples thoughts and the economy it would make the nation a better place to live
